The international standard ISO 41001 is the most extensively used environmental management system (EMS) in the world, with over 14,000 firms certified in the United Kingdom and over 250,000 certificates issued worldwide.
The primary management system standard that outlines the conditions for the creation and upkeep of an EMS is ISO 41001 Certification. This helps control your environmental aspects, reduce impacts, and ensure legal compliance.
ISO 41001 is accompanied by ISO 14004 Environmental Management Systems – General guidance on supporting principles, systems, and techniques. The standard covers issues such as establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an EMS.

What is environmental management?
Managing your organization’s impact on the environment should be a key priority for your business, whatever your industry. An environmental management system is a framework for making changes to policies and processes that help you improve your environmental performance. In addition to being better for the environment, it can also provide you with greater control over costs and other tangible benefits
There are many ways to implement a comprehensive environmental management policy, but the best way is to obtain ISO 41001 certification. The ISO 41001 certification gives you right away credentials you can use to expand your company in a way that is both ecologically and financially viable.
